My Assistant is a personal AI chat tool. It can help with everyday questions and conversation, but it does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial) and guarantees no specific outcome.
My Assistant is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, subscribe, buy credit or use the app. By ticking the box to accept these Terms when you sign up, and by using My Assistant, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms.
By creating an account and using My Assistant, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, threaten, deceive or exploit anyone — for example fraud or scams, malware or hacking, content that sexualises minors, or breaking other people's rights. You also follow the usage rules of the AI provider behind your assistant. You are responsible for how you use its replies. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended or closed.
My Assistant is an AI system: every reply is generated by artificial intelligence, not written by a person.
My Assistant can make mistakes. It assists you — it never decides for you. Check anything that matters, and base your final decisions on your own judgement, not on My Assistant.
Requests answered by My Assistant itself (free preview and credit) pass an automated safety check first. Requests in illegal or dangerous categories are not answered, and after 3 of them in 30 days, My Assistant replies pause on that account for up to 30 days; your own API key keeps working under your provider's own rules.
We store only what your account needs — the full list is in Privacy: your email, first name, assistant, subscription and credit status, device list, invite code with friend counts, any API keys you add (stored encrypted), and the dates you accepted these Terms. We set no cookies. Your chats, reminders, period tracker and files stay on your own devices and sync directly between them — device to device, never through our servers; you can also export and import them yourself.
New accounts start with a short free preview: a few chats answered by My Assistant. After that, My Assistant costs €1.99 per month and renews automatically each month — paid through PayPal on the web version and the Microsoft Store app, or through Google Play in the Google Play app. While your subscription is active, everything works with no message limits. Cancel anytime in ⚙️ Settings → Cancel my subscription (Google Play: in Google Play → Subscriptions): you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account cancels your subscription too. One account works on up to 3 of your devices. During the preview you may already add and use your own API key; the preview's chat limits apply either way, and after the last starter chat only a subscription continues.
You can pay a month at a time (€1.99), a year at a time (€19.99, which is two months free) or for two accounts at once (€2.99 a month). Every plan gives the same app with the same features; only the paying differs, and the Subscribe page shows the plans open to you. On the two-account plan, the paying account names a second email address in ⚙️ Settings → Your subscription: that account then has the same full access — its own chats, its own API keys, its own 3 devices — and pays nothing itself. The payer can remove the second address at any time, and the second access also ends by itself if the subscription stops or moves to a one-account plan; either way that account keeps its own chats, keys and credit. A change of plan takes effect from the next payment, and a period already paid for is never lost.
To subscribe or buy credit, you ask for it to start right away (a tick box before you pay), which ends your 14-day right of withdrawal. Every subscription and top-up is confirmed by email, and so is a cancellation made in the app. Cancel your subscription anytime in ⚙️ Settings → Your subscription → Cancel my subscription (a Google Play subscription: in Google Play → Subscriptions): billing stops, and you keep full access until the end of the month already paid.
You connect your own API key from the AI provider of your choice. When you add a key, My Assistant checks it once with that provider — a free check that uses no AI — and stores it encrypted. Your usage is billed by that provider, from your own account, under its own terms and prices.
My Assistant credit is prepaid use of the built-in assistant, bought on top of your subscription and spent only on My Assistant replies, while your subscription is active — through PayPal (any amount from €5 to €200) or, in the Google Play app, through Google Play (€5, €10, €15, €25 or €50). By choosing to use it right away, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel the purchase ends. Auto top-up (PayPal) is optional: once you switch it on, it charges your saved PayPal for your chosen amount whenever your credit drops below €1. For 30 days after your first credit purchase, credit can be spent up to €20 a day. Credit stays on your account; an account can be deleted once its credit is used up.
Your devices signed in to your account sync directly with each other (WebRTC, encrypted end to end) whenever two of them are open at the same time. Our server only introduces them — which of your devices are online, and the network details they need to connect — and stores none of it; your data goes device to device over your own connection.
Every account has a personal invite link. When a new account is created through your link and makes its first payment, you receive one free month (30 days) of My Assistant if your own subscription is running at that moment (or paused during free months you earned before) — with no limit on the number of friends — or, if you have no subscription running, 5 more free starter chats. Free months start after the period you have already paid for: a PayPal subscription is paused during your free months and restarts by itself afterwards; a Google Play subscription's next charge moves later, by up to a year at a time, and any further months are added after that. Free months and chats have no cash value and can't be transferred. Rewards obtained through fraud or through payments that are refunded may be withdrawn.
Replies are written by the AI behind your assistant and can sometimes be wrong. Tap ⚑ Report under any reply that is offensive, harmful or misleading — every report is reviewed.
My Assistant is provided as it is. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete — check anything important. We are not responsible for outages of AI providers, for what you do with replies, or for the charges your own AI provider bills for your key — set a spending limit with your provider. Your chats are stored on your own devices: keep two of them synced, or export a copy, to have a backup. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
We may update these Terms or the price with at least 30 days' notice in the app; a new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If My Assistant ever closes, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund any unused credit.

Only what your account needs, tied to your email, so your account comes back on any of your devices:
PayPal and Google Play order references are kept with your email for refunds: orders 30 days, payment references up to 13 months. A key only ever goes to its own provider: to check it when you add it, to show its balance and to write your replies.
My Assistant is your platform: you bring your own API key — or use My Assistant credit — and we give you a clear interface to use it. Your conversations are never stored on our servers: each message passes straight through to the AI that answers it.
In Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. At once, your subscription (PayPal or Google Play) is cancelled so nothing more is charged, and everything stored with your account — email, assistant, subscription link, device list, invite code and every saved API key — is permanently deleted, along with the chats and files on that device; your other devices' sync links close at once, and they are signed out the next time they connect. An account with My Assistant credit left can be deleted once that credit is used up. Only payment references (up to 13 months, for refunds) and any reply you chose to report (up to 180 days) remain until they expire.

To run your account, sign-ins, device sync introductions, subscription and credit — the service you asked for (contract). To keep it safe — sign-in codes, safety checks, reports and limits against misuse — our legitimate interest in a secure service. To keep payment records for refunds and accounting — legal obligations.
Cloudflare (hosting, sign-in and receipt emails, and the sync service that introduces your devices to each other), PayPal (payments on the web), Google (payments in the Google Play app) and OpenAI (writes My Assistant replies in the free preview and with My Assistant credit, after a quick automated safety check). Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. With your own API key, your messages go to the provider you chose, under your own agreement with them.
Your account is kept while you use My Assistant and deleted as soon as you delete it. Accounts with no subscription, no credit and no use for 24 months are deleted automatically. Payment references: up to 13 months; a reply you reported: up to 180 days.
You can see, correct, export and delete your data anytime (Settings: your name, Export, Delete account) and object to any use of it — just write to contact@aplusz.app. You can also contact the CNIL, France's data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
We set no cookies, ever. No chat storage on our servers, ever — your devices sync straight to each other, and only a reply you choose to report is ever kept by us. The 🤖/🔑 button on the top bar shows the same balances, and your My Assistant credit, without leaving the chat — switching only happens when you tap Switch.

No API key? Choose My Assistant in ⚙️ Settings → Your AI and top up My Assistant credit: with PayPal (€5, €10, €15 or any amount from €5 to €200), or with Google Play in the Google Play app (€5, €10, €15, €25 or €50). Your credit shows under your name while you chat, and it's spent only on My Assistant replies — your own key and your credit never mix. €5 covers about 3,700 everyday messages. With PayPal, turn on Auto top-up: it adds your chosen amount whenever your credit drops below €1. Your own API key remains the main way to use the app: switch between the two anytime.
Type in English, French, Japanese or any other language — the assistant replies in the language of your latest message, so you can switch anytime. ⇄ on the right side makes replies always come in the language you pick, whatever you type in — kept on this device.
Everything you say in chat stays on your own devices, never on our servers, and your devices keep each other up to date. Open My Assistant on two of your devices at the same time: chats, pins, titles, saved replies, reminders, check-ins, files and the period tracker go straight from one device to the other over your own Wi-Fi or mobile data, encrypted end to end. Only new changes are sent, so it takes seconds; while both stay open, every new message arrives live, and a third device catches up from either of them. Settings shows which of your devices are linked right now. Export / Import in Settings saves a backup file whenever you like.
Tell your assistant about an exam on Friday, a trip or a big day coming up, and it adds a check-in note to its reply — no extra AI use. On the day it picks (1 to 14 days later, from 8:00 in the morning), it asks in the same chat: "How did the exam go?" — when you open My Assistant, or while it's open. Turn Follow-ups on or off in ⚙️ Settings → Check-ins.
Stored with your account, under your email: your gender, subscription, credit, encrypted API keys, device list and a few settings — the full list is in 🔒 Privacy. Delete account (in Settings) removes it all permanently; an account with My Assistant credit left can be deleted once that credit is used up.
Hover over or tap a message to see its options. Copy copies its text. Edit one of your messages to resend it — the reply after it is written again. Try again writes a new reply. 🔖 Save keeps a reply in 🔖 Saved replies. Delete hides a message from the chat on all your devices and leaves it out of what your AI reads next; it stays in your exported history.
If a reply is offensive, harmful or simply wrong, tap ⚑ Report under it, pick what's wrong and send. The reply is hidden right there (tap Show reply to see it again), and every report is reviewed.
🌐 opens the language menu, 🎨 changes the color theme, 🏠 takes you home from any page, ➕ starts a new chat, 💬 lists all your chats, ⚙️ opens Settings, 🔖 opens your saved replies, ↺ signs this device out (your account stays saved), 🌸 opens your period tracker (female accounts), ⌚ opens your full-screen watch faces (male accounts), 🔒 opens the Privacy page, 📅 opens your calendar, 🔔 opens your reminders, and ❓ opens this guide. While a page is open, its icon stays highlighted — tap it again to go back. Icons stay faded so they don't cover your chat: hover over them on a computer, or tap once on a phone to show them, then tap again to open. ⚡ switches short answers on or off (double-tap: your default), 🧭 opens Explore, and A+ / A− make the chat text bigger or smaller.
Tap 📎 Attach above the message box, drag files onto the chat, or paste them (any size — as long as this device has room for it). Each file shows its real type (even if it was renamed) with an ✕ to remove it, or Remove all. Your AI reads up to 20 files per message: text and code files up to 2 MB, and images up to 5 MB (with a model that reads images); other files are kept with your chat and sent by name only. Files stay on your own devices and are sent only with your message, to the AI that answers it, and to your other devices when they sync. When the assistant edits a page or writes code, it comes back as a file — Download, Preview or Copy in one tap.
Tap 🌸 to open your tracker. Log the day your period starts and the day it ends. The calendar then shows your expected next period, your estimated ovulation day and fertile window, your own average lengths (typical 5 and 28 days until you log your own), and tips for each phase of your cycle. Your data stays on your own devices, synced between them.
Tap ⌚ for a full-screen clock that keeps your screen on: the Wristwatch, or Breathe — 4 seconds in through the nose, 7 seconds out through the mouth. Move the mouse or tap once to show the controls, then tap Wristwatch or Breathe; ✕ or Esc closes it.
Tap 🔔, write what to remember, pick a date and time (or tap In 10 min, In 1 hour, Tomorrow 9:00). With the switch On, each reminder pops up on time with a notification and a chime while My Assistant is open or running on this device; anything due while it was closed pops up as soon as you open it. Switch Off to pause. Your reminders stay on your own devices only, synced between them.
Tap ➕ to start a new chat whenever you like — useful for a new topic. Tap 💬 to see all your chats and open any of them; tap 📌 to pin a chat to the top (your latest pin sits highest). With your own API key or My Assistant credit, your AI writes a short title for each chat after your 1st, 5th and 15th message, then every 10 messages, so the title follows the topic. Every chat stays on your own devices. Tap 🗑 beside a chat to remove it from the list: it disappears on all your devices, while its messages stay kept on the device and in your exported history. An empty new chat shows six starting points, a new mix each time — fun ideas, ideas about your country, a few handy ones and the openings of your recent chats. With a subscription, your own AI also writes personal ones once a day from your recent chats (a fraction of a cent on your key or credit), and they take most of the places. Tap one to put it in the message box.
Tap 🧭, type the city and country you're in, then choose: explore this city and its surroundings, or meet local people. Your AI writes a guide for you — as a woman or as a man, since what matters differs — with real neighbourhoods, places, timing, costs and local customs. 🔖 Save keeps it on the Explore page, below the city box, under Exploration / Travel or Meeting Locals, on all your devices. During the free preview, guides come from My Assistant and count as one of your starter chats.
Tap ⚡ and every reply becomes the shortest that still answers you — "Is the Philippines hot all year?" → "Yes". It's on for this visit only: My Assistant always starts with normal answers. Double-tap ⚡ to make short answers your default on every start (double-tap again to go back to normal).
A+ (left) and A− (right) make the chat text bigger or smaller, from 12 to 22 — kept on this device.
In ⚙️ Settings → Your name, add a photo: it shows next to your name at the top of your chat, on all your devices. It's shrunk on your device to a small square and stored with your account; remove it anytime.
Missing something? 💡 Feature request, at the bottom of every page, sends your idea straight to the team who makes My Assistant. Every idea is read.
Replies appear word by word as your AI writes them; while one is on its way, the Send arrow becomes Stop — what was already written stays. Headings, lists, tables and links are laid out for easy reading, and code comes in a dark, colour-coded panel with Copy and Download. Copy gives clean text that keeps its layout when pasted into a mail or a document. ▶ reads a reply aloud where your device has a natural voice, ↗ shares it. The icons under a message stay faint until you hover over it or tap it; the latest reply always shows them. Your long messages fold after 12 lines — Show more opens them.
Hide, at the right end of the 📎 Attach line, clears the side icons, the top icons and Attach away for a calm, wider chat — only Show stays. Your choice is kept on this device. Tap Show to bring everything back, Settings and every other page included.
You never wait. Send a second, third or fourth message while an answer is still being written: each waits its turn and they are answered one after the other, in the order you sent them, numbered while several are waiting. Cancel takes the newest one out of the line; tap again for the one before it, back to the first. With no connection, send as usual — your message goes the moment you are back online. And when a reply stops because it ran into its length, Continue appears under it, there and then, and it carries on from exactly where it stopped.
💬 Your chats has a search field: type two letters and it finds any message in any chat, straight from this device — tap a result and that chat opens at that very message. ⑂ Start a new chat, under any message, carries the chat up to that point into a brand-new chat and opens it; the chat it came from stays exactly as it was, so you can try a different direction without losing the first one. On a computer, Ctrl+K starts a new chat and Ctrl+F jumps to the search field.
With an OpenAI or xAI key, 🖼 Image appears on the 📎 Attach line: tap it, describe what you want, and the picture comes back as a file to keep, preview or download — and it syncs to your other devices like any file. Your words travel to your own provider exactly as you wrote them: My Assistant adds nothing and holds nothing back. Pictures use far more of your API budget than text, so the first tap says so, once.
New accounts start with a free preview: a few chats answered by My Assistant. After that, €1.99 a month unlocks everything — your own API key, AI chat titles and the option to buy My Assistant credit — with no message limits, on up to 3 of your devices, through PayPal on the web and the Microsoft Store app, or through Google Play in the Google Play app. It renews by itself. Cancel anytime in ⚙️ Settings → Cancel my subscription (Google Play: in Google Play → Subscriptions); you keep full access until the end of the month you paid for. Before the first word arrives, the line under your message says what is being done for you: reading your files, reading your question carefully, thinking it through, preparing a reply. Steps that don't run are never shown, and the line goes as soon as the answer starts writing itself.
In the message box, start a line with 1., a., a dot (* or -) or [ ], then start a new line: the next number, letter, dot or tick box is already there. A new line on an empty item ends the list, and adding or removing an item keeps the numbers in order. A new line is ↵ on a phone and Ctrl+Enter or Shift+Enter on a computer. On a computer, Tab nests an item, Shift+Tab brings it back, and Ctrl+B or Ctrl+I (⌘ on a Mac) makes the selected words bold or italic. Typing ``` and a new line opens a code block that keeps your indentation. Your sent messages show their lists, tick boxes, bold and links laid out.
Every link you share — an invite, a reply, or Share in “Use it anywhere” — opens My Assistant with its install steps ready: one tap on ⬇ Install and it is on the device, whether a computer, an Android phone, an iPhone or an iPad. An invite carries your code along, and a friend can also type it in “A friend shared a referral code? Put it here” when signing up — you find it in Settings, under “Invite friends”.
On a computer, while you read the chat, just start typing: the first key you press puts the cursor in the message box and becomes the first letter of your next message — no mouse needed. The arrows, Page Up/Down, Home and End keep scrolling the chat.
On a computer, each press of Del takes the top message off your chat window; hold it down and the chat clears fast, until a fresh chat opens. It only tidies the window — every message stays in your history on this device. Del never edits the message box; Backspace does.
Write three things in one message and all three are answered, in order. Before the reply, your own AI lists what you asked; after it, a quick check makes sure nothing was skipped — anything left out is answered right away, in the same reply. It runs on your own key with its lightest model, for a fraction of a cent.
Tell it once where you live, what you like or who's who, and it keeps a note — made by your own AI, kept on your devices and synced between them, never on our servers. Every message carries those notes, so it stops asking. ⚙️ Settings → Your memory shows every note; any one can go, or all of them, and a switch turns memory off.
In ⚙️ Settings → Your memory, write a few lines about yourself and pick how you like replies — short or long, friendly or formal, with the why or without. When you ask for help with a decision or a plan, the reply ends with the single best next step; the rest of the time, no advice you didn't ask for.
Tap 📅 to see everything with a date in one place: your reminders, check-ins, dated plans from your memory — and, on Female accounts, the period tracker’s days. Tap a day to see it and add a reminder on it; the next 14 days are listed below the month. In the chat, “Remind me Friday at 3 to call Ana” sets the reminder for you — the reply confirms the day and time. ⬇ Export saves a standard .ics file that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and any other calendar app open. Your assistant sees your next 14 days with every message, so it plans with you. Everything stays on your own devices, synced between them.
With your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI, your assistant can look things up on the web when a question needs today’s facts — news, prices, opening hours, results — and ends its reply with the pages it used. Switch it on or off in ⚙️ Settings → Your AI → Live web search (on by default). Your provider bills each search on your key, on top of the tokens; your assistant searches only when the question calls for it.
🎨 holds 13 palettes now — Sand, Forest, Lavender and Graphite are new — and By time of day: light while the sun is up (your soft pink or sky blue), dark from 19:00 to 07:00, switching by itself. Below the list: 🎨 Your colour puts any colour you pick on buttons, links and marks, on top of any theme (✕ brings the theme's own back); 🖼 Wallpaper puts a soft background behind the chat — Dawn, Dusk, Meadow, Paper, Dots, or 📷 your own photo, shrunk and kept on this device only. On a chat, tick 📌 This chat only and the theme you pick is that chat's alone (it follows the chat to your other devices); untick to go back to the app's theme.
⚙️ Settings → Read replies aloud: every new reply is read out as it lands, in the natural voice of its language (▶ under a reply reads it again, ■ stops). Continue on another device: the chat and message you are at travel with the sync, so a device of yours left open picks up right there the moment you come back to it — never while you are using it. A draft per chat: what you typed waits in that chat while you visit another one, until you send it. Under the latest reply: Shorter · Simpler · As a list · Teach this (one small step per reply, your ok brings the next, another subject ends the lesson) — and In your language when the reply came in another one — each a one-tap ask.
💬 Your chats → 📁 New project keeps chats together with their files; 📁 on any chat moves it into one. Every file a reply writes is kept as that file: ✏ Edit changes it right in the chat, v2 · v3 steps back to an earlier version, Continue finishes a file that was cut off, and a reply with several files offers ⬇ Download all (one .zip) or 📁 Save to a folder. 🗂 Your files lists everything kept on this device — Attach again sends a file with your next message. A thin line above the message box shows how much of what the AI reads at once a message takes.
Attach a file of any size and ask for a change. Only the changes come back — − old lines, + new lines — and My Assistant places each one into your whole file right here on your device, so every line outside your request stays exactly as it was. The file comes back under its own name, ready to replace yours as it is: same folder, same encoding, same line endings, same indentation. A file larger than what the AI reads at once travels as its outline plus the parts your request touches; more parts follow by themselves. Your next request about that file works on its latest version: it stays in hand. ✏ Edit opens the whole file, v2 · v3 steps back, and Finish the file completes any change still waiting.
In ⚙️ Settings → Invite friends, copy or share your personal link. While your subscription is running, every friend who signs up through it and makes a first payment gives you a free month of My Assistant, with no limit: 12 friends, a whole year; 36 friends, three years. Free months begin after the month you've already paid for. Before you subscribe, each paying friend gives you 5 more free chats instead. Settings shows your friends, your months, your extra chats and your free-until date.
